| After a fulfilling 25 year career with Caframo and a 36 year career selling and marketing scientific lab equipment, Marta will retire February 28, 2023. Marta’s contributions over the years have been many. She has been the guiding and driving force behind many projects that have built not only the lab business and the credibility of the Caframo brand, but also deep and influential relationships with our channel partners, industry associations and end user groups.
Marta has provided insights for the full line of overhead stirrer products that make up the Caframo lab business today, has built a team of professionals that provide exemplary customer service and technical support to all customers that our business truly values and has helped develop and support the corporate strategies that focus on a great place to work, growing the business, serving customers and supporting Caframo employees. Marta’s influence and impact has been felt and enjoyed beyond the Caframo lab business as she is an untiring advocate for improving both the Caframo employee experience and the company’s reputation in the community. Marta is committed to a smooth transition of her duties and we are very happy to announce that Andre Steinman has been promoted to the Director, Business Development role for the Caframo Laboratory Products Division. Marta hired Andre in 2006. Andre knows this business, our products, our customers, the Caframo brand and the team. This transition ensures the continuity and commitment that the Caframo lab business and you as a customer are in good hands. Andre Steinman, now Director of Business Development, Caframo Laboratory Products Division, is excited to contribute in a new way to the positive growth trajectory.
Andre has dedicated nearly two decades to moving science forward; connecting the industry with quality Caframo overhead stirrers to positively impact every part of the world around us. Building key relationships to foster account growth, training internal and external sales teams and motivating, always, speaks to her true passion for people. Supporting the team, industry relationships and strategically mapping new opportunities are top priorities. Andre is now strategically focused on growth of the Caframo brand by deepening customer and distributor relationships, further developing Caframo’s high quality product line while ensuring the Caframo Lab Solutions team is fully resourced to exceed expectations. Andre lived and worked in the US prior to joining Caframo and loves all travel. Her career path has always connected to sales, with people at the center, and growth top of mind. Dedication, analytical decision making and strategic thinking will keep the Caframo Lab Solutions business moving forward. |
